Boss Sr.Turbo Stud Size.

ok so I broke a stud off my Boss TO4E stage 5, 61mm turbo attempting to take the DP off and install a new gasket.

I called Suprasport and they said they'd get back to me with the specs but I'd like to know sooner than later so I can source one and get to work. The turbo definitely has to come off. It broke off flush with the turbo exhaust side.

1) I know it's a 10mm stud. Does anybody know what the thread pitch is?

2) Exhaust studs are sometimes very hard to get out. Does anybody know the if the specs of the other side (threaded into the turbo housing) are the same thread pitch and diameter.

3) The exhaust side of the turbo is investment cast stainless steel. What is the best material for studs to thread into ICSS?

Any Boss owners/experienced guys out there sure could give a guy some HBO (Helpa Brotha Out)

Ok, so I'm totally pissed off; I've called 5-6 times and there's never anybody answering nor is there anybody ever there for 'online support'. I did talk to 'Shawn' one time and he said he'd call me back with the info as he didn't know for sure and that was 4 days ago.
I'll order from someone else next time. This is unnecessary bullshit and it's totally holding me up.

If you call and say you need the address to mail a check I bet you get an immediate call back!! I ordered A 57 TRIM BOSS Jr
AND GOT THE BOSS SR. for which Jack told me there are no mechanical drawings. I think it's .84 AR. Difficult working without drawings.

Did you buy this turbo from Suprasport or from a different supplier? Give me your order number, and I will look into it.
We do not give out drawinfgs of our products, that would make it very easy for our products to be reproduced. Jack does not have the legal rights to give out LIPP drawings.

We stock all the bolts studs washers here and sell them on SupraSport.

Let me know your order number magnus_heydoc and I will mail you a new stud
