lets just say this.. I had no PS in my mkIII for a few days while my brother drove it, and he wanted me to feel how hard it was to turn. I can bench 265 pounds without a problem, but DANG it is NOT easy to turn that wheel going around a sharp corner. I had a lot of problems, I mean.. I am sure I could do it for a few days but it bothered me a lot.

ive got no PS in my supra and its not too bad, only a PITA in parkinglots and such, not as bad as people make it out to be.

parking lots and slow speed situation is enough reason to have PS. especially when it's not hard to do...

My 87 NA dosen't have it and I don't plan on putting it back on. It can be a pain sometimes but when needed you can uses both hands. It leaked and I just don't want to fix it. It is better than going to a gym.

i found that backing into spots has made it alot easier :) anything under 5 MPH is a pain anything over it is ok. maybe its just the lack of extra weight i have up front (no turbo, ABS, TEMS)

Keep the power steering. I have issues with mine right now (leak probably) and let me tell you, it is a nightmare when I lose it. If you don't have PS, you are going to have one hell of a time trying to turn, especially at low speed.

I think it depends on if you are 265 and then can only bench 265. I can bench/rep 245 and I weigh 174. I find with the PS removed pretty easy but hey..that's me :icon_conf :biglaugh:

Having the belt removed and the PS res etc still hooked up is harder than removing the entire system though. If you want a clean look and make more room in the bay and maybe free up a hp or 2 then it is the way to go.
