I have he same problem; my boost gauge doesn't go high enough and it's a 30psi unit. I think I broke It too, it doesn't rest at 0 anymore. I really want new gov springs too. That's all it really needs to haul serious ass. Anything else will require alot more work like a turbo, injectors, dv's, studs, and so on. The next level is a big step. It should be in the 14s easily as it sits, which is pretty serious for a 6000lb truck.

What year is your truck anyways?

94 cummins. 5 speed.

just put a new clutch in and Im trying to get the vacuum lines back on the tranny / transfer case correctly.

Only thing keeping me from getting the carbon clutch worn in.

Funny thing is, with the notched flywheel and carbon clutch im going to slip it like crazy all the way to the track. the more it slips, the more violent it catches.

Ah a nv4500. I had a 97 dually like that. It was a 215hp pump tho. That thing would get loose in 2nd and3rd gear and then bark 4th. 26feet o f truck gettin sideways is quite a thrill, especially when roallin coal. I can't wait to sell my truck cuz I'm thinking about an 06 6sp cummins next.

Good luck at the track, lmk what you run

Waiting for the weather to clear up. Never dealt with the commonrails but i do have an 05 rail motor sitting in the garage.

Rolling coal is great. I had a bitch ride my ass for like 6 miles honking her horn and shit. I slowed down to 30 slammed it in 5th and powerbraked it for 20 seconds. then i downshifted and boosted away :evil2:

met her at a stoplight and her white car was COVERED it suit.

I love the 12v but I want more room so goin for a qcsb and get rid of my STD cab. The 2nd gen qc isn't big enough, plus a 12v qcsb is uber rare. And I hate the 24v vp44 motors. I probably won't do much to the crd either, just bpu-ish. I know what you sayin about smokin people out. I did the same thing to this chick in a BMW; iit went inside her car and I could see her fanning the smoke from her face. Lol
