Anyone got a CAD file of the front hub?

Front hub + brake ears. If not, I'll build one, I'm just trying to avoid disassembling my front hub to take proper measurements ;)

LOL, I know what you mean. I've got the stock rotor mapped out in qCad, and working on the brake caliper/bracket now, but the ear mounting locations I don't think I can get with any real accuracy, unless I disassemble the front hub :(

Well, it sounds like you're trying to just figure out how to make adapter brackets for some calipers, so you won't have to pull the bear races and everything out...

Now if you did a full CAD model to develop some billet hubs (More importantly who would be able to afford em LOL)

I've got so many projects I'm working on, I can't even begin to tell of them all.

I've got the 13" rotor completely mapped out, got the center hub mapped out, and going to pop the ball joints / tie rod end in a few minutes so I can unbolt everything.

Besides, who DOESN'T want CAD files of various parts of our car? ;)

Sure :) You want the 2D bolt-spacing layout? Qcad doesn't do 3D :(

Keep in mind this is the first true computerized development I've done - I'm used to doing this with a pencil and paper ;) I'm enjoying Qcad thus far though! :D

Alright!

Got the hub off today - it's a 36mm nut on the front spindle, for anyone searching ;)

Going to have to order a new nut (obviously) but I'm glad I pulled it apart - my seal was SHOT. New bearings/seals for all 4 wheels!

I'll clean it up tonight, and start getting the measurements I need ;)

Sounds good! I've got a center-to-center of 86mm on the upper ear bolt hole, and 89mm on the lower ear bolt hole, with a 110mm center-to-center of the bolt holes where the bracket bolts up. Law of cosines gives me a 77.869 degree angle between the two ;)

I've just finished mapping out the stock rotor :)

Next up is mapping the stock bracket system to see it on the stock rotor.

LOL, I've got all the brackets roughed in (just rectangles right now) - I've got family coming over for the weekend, so I may not get a chance to get back at this until next week. Gotta learn how to get these curves of the brackets in place ;)

I could go for a 13" PBR right now.

But anyway, why are you measuring the stock rotor? You shouldn't need to do that? And are drawings of the PBR calipers available or do you have to measure that as well?
