I was looking at Godspeed IC's but ended up going with the Driftmotion Spearco replica.

Nash is right, it looks very wide, like it wouldn't fit between the bumper supports.

It's a big ass intercooler for sure, bigger than the spearco or it's replicas. They (godspeed) have another IC slightly smaller than that one that I'd like to use.

I've been looking for one with 3" inlets on the same side. The only one I ever found was like 28". This may be just small enought to fit.

I wouldn't recomend the 28" one.. theres only like 30-32" between the frame rails, you will have to do a sharp 90* off to fit them if even possible.. and wont look centered..

28" one is Way big.. The standard one flows as much as a 12x24x4 intercooler.. the 28" one is overkill.. but there is no kill like overkill..

Star, I already have my fmic, I dont need one, I just thought it was a good value for the cats not running FFI that wanted a big front mount and not have to spend 7-800 dollars for a spearco... Just lookin out for you guys... :)

They do look to be better than the average ebay IC, but they are just too darn big for most of us, bigger isn't always better ;).

For my particular setup, I'll be flowing close to 800 CFM's at 6500 RPM's. That's at 20 psi using 2.5" piping on everthying, including TB. The spearco replicas and bigger version are rated at about or a little over this amount. I had contacted Godspeed a long time ago about this same intercooler and they rated it for over 1000 CFM's. That's more than the majority of us will be seeing with our engines ;). All of that extra IC spaced is causing uneeded pressure drops and will have a slight effect on your engine's response (turbo lag).

The thing is, the spearco replicas are rated at 800 CFM's. Most of us probably won't be going any higher than 20 psi I'd hope, and hopefully they won't have any piping smaller than 2.5" (including hardpipes, IC inlet/outlets, and TB ID).
