Huh. I would have thought the lock falling out of the ignition thing being a worn key and not the ignition was common knowledge. It's been posted often enough.

But I also kind of like it because I can unlock the glove box to get out my faceplate and RD detector while I'm warming up my car.

Just as easy to get past if you've got the kind of info that's posted on here.
Besides, information like this just makes it more enticing to potential theifs... They're just that much more likely to jack with your car just because they believe they're all easy targets. It's not just about how secure your car is... it's just as much about everyone else's perception of how secure it is.
