threads like this should be deleted, we all know this but is it really something we want everybody that happens to wander on this site to know?

Get a good alarm system that kills out the starter and fuel pump circuit when armed, wire yourself up a hidden kill switch, and you're good. :) These are good precautions no matter what car you have if you think it may be desirable to steal.

Once i start my car i can pull the key straight out of the ignition with it still in 'run' and the car stays running like the key is still there, its kind of annoying.

My Supra does this too, as did my old Camry. Can be annoying, for one reason because non-Toyota mechanics will often take the key out and leave the radio on!
But I also kind of like it because I can unlock the glove box to get out my faceplate and RD detector while I'm warming up my car.

Just as easy to get past if you've got the kind of info that's posted on here. ;)

Besides, information like this just makes it more enticing to potential theifs... They're just that much more likely to jack with your car just because they believe they're all easy targets. It's not just about how secure your car is... it's just as much about everyone else's perception of how secure it is.
