I recently upgraded to the T-Mobile G1 phone running the new Android software (a linux based OS that is open source)
Now, one might ask... "WTF does this have to do with my Supra?" Well, the G1 has a built in accelerometer (sp?) and software downloads out the wazzoo! One such application is "Tricorder"... designed by some trekie, but never the less, it GRAPHS the readings from the accelerometer! Have you ever tweaked something and gone out for a test drive only to find yourself saying "I THINK it helped..." I can now tweak and see exactly how much it helps without going to a Dyno! I think I should even be able to calculate HP with a little math.
If you own a G1, you've GOTA download "Tricorder" or "Pocket Seismograph" (although the second of the two I've been unable to locate, but as I understand, it does the same thing, only better)
