I actually sandwich my drinks in between my briefcase at an angle, the back of the seat, and the side bolster. Works better than the cup holder. :]

I pulled out my dremel, and carved a tiny groove, now I have my foglight switch, my rear defroster, and then the two coin holders in that order..
