AEM true boost guage

Aaron, will this work with the maftpro? like can you have 2 electronic boost controllers? is the maftpro boost controller better?
I'm asking because my boost gauge just died and i thought it would be cool to get this so I could run 2 boost settings.... set the maft pro to "high" and set this to flip between a lower setting and the maftpro "high" setting, would that work?

I dont think you can have 2 boost controllers. I dont see how you could have 2 controll 1 selinoid?(sp) If you want a high and low setting most of the controllers do that. (I dont know if the maft pro will do that)
I don't think the maftpro did that... even if it did I couldn't do it on the fly, I'd have to whip out the big black box or something. I'd like to have this gauge just sitting on top of my steering column and be able to push a button if possible.

You would use one or the other, but not both. I had trouble getting the maft pro boost control to work correctly on my car and a customers car, but maybe that was the early software versions. If you can get it to work it has a lot of cool features you could only have with an integrated system like that. You should try out the maft pro boost control because it is fairly inexpensive to add it on if you are ordering a maft pro.

i have the maftpro already, and the boost control feature works well, i just would like to be able to toggle on the fly between low/high.... also since i'm going to get the AEM boost gauge anyways and its not much more to get the boost control feature i thought it would be worth it. i think i'll still get it anyways and leave either the maftpro or the aem boost control feature disabled and decide what to do later.
