Yea definaltly smoothes out the onset of a hard hitting turbo! I really enjoy the long runner design over the short but mainly because I try not to rev the hell out of my shit and am not making huge numbers.

I played around with runner's as well 
40mm to I believe 160mm long from memory, had quite an effect on the torque curve and I juggled the 2 to come up with an intake that suited my combination.
It was an interesting exercise but very time consuming and if I had to pay it would have been expensive as well.
In the real world there wasn't enough difference to make custom/tailor made combinations viable.

It is my standard long runner housing design and has basically the same angles and runner lengths as the stock manifold. And for those who are curious the runner volume difference is under .05 cubic inches. The manifold will sit exactly as my normal long runner manifolds do.

Hey Seth how much are these going for and will you sell just the alt bracket . I hate the way the oil line is pinched by the alt.

i find this funny why is it people make these drop down pos's and just make one that repalce the hole thing ie bolt's to block and 2 hole's for stock enigne hook

Hey Seth, does your long runner require the alternator to drop down to where the ac compressor would normally sit?
