looks good seth! i should've kept the ffim you made. stock 7m manifold loved the clean polish and welds on it.

Cool work, ISC provision for it so it could idle? What is volume of the plenum? Is it proper for the 3ltr displacement?

Nice edit IJ that is some funny stuff right there! I will post up some more pictures as I finish my current pieces one which will be fully polished!
As for volume it is the same as my standard FFIM which have been 600rwhp+ But what should the volume be for a 3L motor?

Seth: I tried everything from 2 litres to 7.5 litres
It just changed how hard the Turbo hit, I'm sure there is a "correct" size but I think it would only be correct in a specific RPM range so as usual it's a compromise.

Thanks IJ, I have run almost every type of manifold I have ever made on my cars and haven't noticed a huge difference other then lag as I ran bigger plenums but I was also not boosting big time. I am building one for my car now and a soon as it is done it will be in within in a day as it will be a bolt in affair! So I will see how it reacts in direct comparison to my standard manifold.
Brent I appreciate the offer. If I actually took the time to finish I would have an exact full model but I have not finished it yet. But it would be cool if you came up and checked it. Might have to unload your current one and upgrade!

I found the really big ass plenum helped reduce the wheelspin issues I had back then on the 3540r.
