Just promoting a little common courtesy Nick.

Trust me, the language around a Fighter Squadron bar is far worse ;)

OK update-

still having this problem. I've got a new multimeter and o2 sensor(well used actually)but I'm not sure if it's any good.

I've performed the same tests to read the vf and these are the results;

I disconnected the battery to clear the ecu of any codes or default rich signals.

Engine at operating temp. and A/F R's in the high 17's to - - -. fuel press.@ 23 w/ vac

Vf @ 2500rpm's jumpered-0.05 with no change

jumpered @ idle-5.03

unjumpered @ idle-0.06 with no change.

Now, I did the same tests as above after a second key cycle(shut engine off and started back up) and got these results;

-Engine @ opp. temp. A/F R's are now @ 14.1 (fuel pressure ~23psi w/ vac)

jumpered @ 2500rpm-back and forth from 0.05-0.06

jumpered @ idle-5.03 with no change

unjumpered @ idle- back and forth from 2.26-2.27

A/F ratios remain @ 14.0-14.1

Any other ideas about this? What should I check next.
Thanks for everyones help.

*edit* Oh yeah, and still no codes.
