cant you have it imported for track use only? with out them taking it apart? Hell, once i get it i'd find a nice chassis n swap EVERYTHING over. Big hassle but hey it will look NICE

unfortunatly you need to have a letter from Toyota stating that the car was built for racing purposes. Kind of like what Porsche does with the Cup cars. Then you need pictures of all the race equipment installed. They will verify that against the car. If all is well, you get a waiver. Otherwise, crush land for the car if you can not conform it to DOT/EPA requirements.
