Just to note.

I ran a stock gasket. Felpro. They looked the same as Factory.

60-1, lexus afm, 550's, upgraded pump, built new motor. I ran 1 bar all day long and occasionally 18psi. This setup for over three years. Never any problems. Always at safe afr's.

The key here is safe afr's. Dont just slap the stuff on and not tune. I ran around 425hp at the wheels.

My original plans were not to boost much, so I ran stock gasket. But then I wanted more. The cost difference between stock and metal isnt worth not going to metal. Then your safe to do what you want. Just remember block and head prep are a must or your wasting money.

Exactly. I love soundslikesemi87's car because he's got the same basic setup at 15-18 psi. That thing made me smile big time and is a huge testament to what proper tuning and engine prep can do with a stock composite gasket and ARP hardware.

Ok thread whores, heres the down low on what Im doing. STOCK head gasket, new bolts torqued to new specs, CT26 pushing 10psi, stock injectors, AFPR, Walbro, Wide band, stock ecu. All on stock rebuild engine. Prolly turn the boost up a little until I reach fuel cut and back it down.

Well its been awhile since Ive given a update, so far I have everything hooked up finally found a good turbo and AFM (thanks too_stand!) and all I have left to do is fuel lines and drive shaft. I did manage to get it to crank, good compression and Ive got spark, all I need is fuel and she'll be running!!
