So i blew up my lame 7mge about 3 months ago and bought a 7mgte from a good friend of mine and was wondering what i need for 450-500hp i have a list of things i need to buy, if you see something thats missing or if theres a better way to do it let me know please... Heres the list
- walbro 255lph fuel pump
- sp61gt turbo
- maft-pro
- 550cc injectors
- aeromotive fpr
- aem uego
- bic ddp
- 3' straight pipe exhuast
Thats all i have so far and i have a couple of the things already also the gte was rebuilt maybe 3 years ago so i dont think ill have to rebuild or anything for a while

You'll need a metal headgasket installed, that's for sure. My HG blew after a new radiator and putting the boost from stock to 8.5 PSI. So i don't think your stock will support that. ARP studs as well

I also have a SOGI mod shifter laying around that'd I'd be willing to sell if you're looking for one(saw your other post about cosmetics, not sure if you need other mechanial things).

Yea the motor has arp studs i know that for sure as of headgasket i dont remember if its stock or metal, the previous owner was running an upgraded 57 trim at 18-19psi daily no problems so hopefully im ok there but ill double check, and sogi mod? Thats were the shifters shorter or something right? Like height wise?

yeah it lowers it about 2 inches or so. I bought a spare for when I did mine, incase I messed something up or didn't like it, but it was quite easy and I love it. Only hard part was threading it, just took some time.

How much would you want for it? And is it for the r154 or w58? Idk much about the sogi mod

Your just modifying the stock shifter. If you want a true short shifter, C's from MVP is one of the top of the line.
Or the V3 by suprastore. you should go check it out.

I like the sogi mod ima do it I don't need a real short shifter I just want my shifter to sir shorter lol and I'm coming to Arkansas this week homes
