before you throw anymore money at this, a very easy test on the iscv is when you turn it off, it will make a few clicks, no clicks = junk.
when you got the new iscv did you replace the diaphram and gasket? this is a must and a probable cause to high idle. i got my kit from dealer, less than 20 bucks. i have also run across my tps being out of adjustment causing idle fluctuations. this MUST be adjusted correctly.
other than this, if you are 100% positive you have NO VACUUME LEAKS and your timing is correct per tsrm (jump the two connectors on port) then im at a loss at the moment.
i forgot, i dont believe your mafs will cause this, i think it will just flat out not run without it, just went to my car, unplugged it, and it didnt start. lol
