one quick thing.

There are two type of anodization that are most common (really three). The normal one that allows for color is a type II anodization. This is NOT the hard anodization that IJ. is talking about. The Type III anodization is the hard anodization and comes only in one color and that is black.

I come from a land down under
^ They can do an Olive green as well as Black.
(I've had both)

Soft anodising will wear through in a short amount of time and will look crap once the silver is exposed, shouldn't affect performace in any way other than the belt will eventually bottom out in the grooves and slip/squeal.

did you update the first post to indicate as such? Just looked at it and it says picture of pulley but nothing about you selling them ;)

You might want to update the first post to show that you have infact made numerous of them and are now selling them. People don't like to scour threads for information, hence putting it up in the first post. ;)

Just some ideas!

here is your post

Now you know why the Mk III crowd has the "cheap ass" reputation. A lot of talk, but when it comes to laying down the cash for a quality product...

also when doing a group buy I would strongly suggest you getting a deposit for half the product and then start making the items. No time and material wasted this route!!

Im really not being sarcastic but my car takes for FREAKING EVER to warm up..i'll drive to class 20 mins away in the morning when its 45* and my temp gauge only gets to 1/4 way up. Maybe my temp gauge is off? I duno

Thermostat needs to be replaced more than likely.

Also, its sad but our cars will never go up in value as long as a majority of the owners continue to be cheapasses.

Hey Wesbeech

I see taht you are doing the alternator... Hate to throw a wrench on this but what size is the hole? Yes there are two different alternator sizes that you will have to address!

When i get home i will check the print i cant rember off hand. I have an na and turbo alternator but im trying to find the diffrent sizes. I am making the pulleys to the bigger size i think but once i find the small size i will make bushings that will go with all the pullyse so they will work for both sizes.

P.S. I know a socket fits in the counter bore fine.
