500whp on probe Pistons

I'm stuck with probe Pistons to
Late to change. Cut straight to chase I filed down the sharp edges on the. Shooting for 500whp nothing more. Can I do it with them safely... Will be using standalone and getting tuned by one of the best in New England

They should hold a lot more than that.

Make sure the block was sized to each piston hole, and if you have a torque plate, it's a GREAT idea.

Get the pistons and rods balanced, correctly. You should never have to file anything off the pistons, even if they are sharp. If you want the car to tune easier/safer, look into the chambers of the head first.
