Okay, N/A's only ever came with the W58, and the R154 only ever came with the Turbo's.

You can use either though, although if you're planning on more than 300bhp, then just use the R154. I much prefer the shifting of the W58, not quite so....agricultural as the R154. With the Turbo box, its like operating a victorian signal box, or stirring coal. Mmm. Crunchy. :)

well how much dose it usuley cost for a auto build up?

Depends on the power you want. Autos are almost always more expensive then manuals. Learn to shift and you save $$.

Plus manuals are alot more fun as Dunckel stated :)

not that much (from what i have heard). the r154 would be fine for that though.
