Will 2jz turbo oil lines work on 1jz stock twins? I'm going back to stock twins on the 1jz and have seemed to lost my rear turbo oil lines.

It should. You may have to bend the tube little so it can mount with stock brackets to the block.
the flange is same. you may also need to use a shorter hose pice where the return hard line connects to the oil pan.
Should, I believe so as well. If you got a set laying around try it won't take but a minute until you realize if they will work or not. I've never tried or needed to so I'm not 100% about it.
