boostlogic makes a very good one.

Very reliable.

Ebay ones will work, you may have to modify/reinforce them to YOUR standard.

I used an ebay/chinaman 2JZ-GE header on my NA-T swap. Quality was surprisingly good for the low cost.

I did need to turn the W/G flange 90 deg so the dump tube didn't face the chassis rail, but that is small stuff for you IJ.

Also needed to use a 3/8th spacer to mount the turbo, otherwise the comp outlet on my 67mm with a 90 deg elbow would not fit in the 7'o'clock position without hitting the chassis rail.

The material/bends etc in these manifolds is worth the cost alone!
Got any pics of it during the install and installed?

Here's a few pics.

I remember now the main reason I used a spacer was that the outlet on my S cover would sit on the #1 runner. If I clocked the cover to clear the runner it faced into the strut tower, so to clock it down enough to clear the tower, and also give room for a silicon hose/clamp a 3/8ths spacer was needed. Obviously this issue would depend on which turbo you run.

The last small issue with my setup was limited space for the oil drain. I needed a 45deg fitting off the drain flange to clear the line away from the runners. Worked well but you can't drop a drain line straight down. The position of the drain then also limits how far down I could clock the cover....

Pics before any modification/spacer.

They are all over ebay, just search for 2JZGE mainfold. I got mine from Advan Racing. I paid around $250US for the mani/DP/Intake pipe, but the manifold is available separately too for around $100-150. I have seen a few of these from different vendors though and they are all the same.

Maybe a SM vendor has them?? May be a good first stop, as I don't know how most dodgy ebay sellers are with international shipping???

yankiwi are those just a universal set of plug wire's?i'm looking into this swap, got a 7m with a questionable build.

ian,you plan on using the 7m cps or you building some kind of fancy trigger wheel?
i was planning on using my aem and 7m harness.i've did some research on the cps and it doesn't require much modification.i'd also like to do a ffim with a different tb,which i'm sure you would be doing.

The ebay manifold has worked great for me. When I hyrdolocked my 2JZ, I took it off and inspected it all over for cracks, and I didn't find any.

While it was out, I decided to clock the WG flange so it wouldn't dump into the subframe any longer

It's a good manifold, as you can see I had no issues without a spacer.

I bought mine with a DP, intake pipe, and dump tube for 233 shipped in 12/06.

CPS clearence shouldn't be an issue at all with any of em :)

thanks for the input guys!
(keep it coming)

My plans aren't set in stone yet so I'll just play it by ear till I pull the motor and see what condition it's in.
