I ran 20psi on a stocker for a little while, never dyno'd though. I'd guess in the lower 300's. You're out of it's sweet spot by that point, power gains aren't that great.

Im thinking Im gana be close to 400 at the weels.. with a 40 over bore, completley rebuilt motor/head, mhg,arp bolts, custome exhaust manafold, lipp turbo elbow, hks bov, 3" DP, 3"test pipe, blitz nur spec, hks 3000 pipe, cooleze turbo intake pipe and the k&n intake.. oh and 20 psi(= am i close in my speculations?

I'll be surprised if you put down more then 350 to the rear, good luck though :) Stock turbo just isn't very impressive. An upgraded CT-26 however, is definitely capable of over 400.

Yeah. I think most people are lucky to put down much over 300 with the stock CT, and the overbore isn't going to make that much of a difference IMO.

I come from a land down under
1mm/0.40" overbore will maybe make 1>2 hp difference (not enough to measure accurately on a dyno)

The CT is the bottle neck and won't let the motor make any more hp no matter how big it is.

Listen to Bishop he's actually done it.

You're getting confused with what will actually make more power. The built engine gives you the platform, but won't actually make more power until you upgrade the stock turbo. Of course, you can also upgrade the fuel, intercooler, blah-blah-blah...

Please listen to Bishop!

400hp isn't as simple as turning up the boost. if it were, i would have been there long ago. it sounds like your doing the right thing by taking the time to build the engine to handle it. but the stock turbo just won't be able to maintain 20psi for long. also, what are you doing about fuel?
