well to make the most power on less boost then you will be looking for a bigger turbo. but thats not always best.
Can you make 400whp on stock twins? Definately. I wouldnt trust them soo much unless they were new, but you can.

I don't know how they do things in Awamya, but around here questions like that can be very easily answered if you bother to read other threads at all. There's plenty of people with that much horsepower and more who discuss what they have on their cars. Bother to search a little bit and you might actually find something.
