heres what i used..
-get a single t4 mani(most likely wont fit right so some welding will be needed)
-any t4 turbo that is capable of your power range
-3" mild steel or SS U bend from jegs for welding a downpipe
-3" v band clamp and v band weld flange from boostlogic.com
-t4 oil return flanges and gaskets
-fuel pump, 550cc inj or larger, and a afpr(i suggest the aeromotive afpr)
-SS braided oil lines (USE A -3 FOR THE FEED!) and fittings from summit
-24x12x4" ebay intercooler
-ebay piping kit with GOOD couplers and T bolts (or get it custom welded)
-wastegate of your choice(i suggest a tial)
-basic tuning devices(safc+fcd, emanage, or go advanced with a standalone)
-02 sensor wires extended
-catch can for pcv and breather filter for IAC
-18" long x 4" wide intake pipe and 4" couplers available from suprasport.com
-k&n air filter or air filter of your choice
-assorted vac cap box and zip ties
-i think 5/8" heater hose for bypassing the water lines.
-and a lot of time, patience, swearing, and bruised knucks...its a lot easier to do this if you have a garage, the right tools, beer..lots of it..and good company...i only had one good friend help me out with his tools..and we got it up and running in 3 weeks(damm welder took almost 2 weeks to tig my wg flange!)with no garage, no lift, just a tiny floor jack and a jack stand.
