I'm in the midst of building a Plug-N-Play harness to go from the 1JZ engine harness to my Megasquirt. I will be routing the 1JZ harness through the OEM harness hole (LHD) and was wondering how close it reaches to the OEM ECU location? I need to know so I can go ahead and cut all of my wiring for the jumper harness.

Im going through the same thing,
Someone recomended routing the harness through the speedocable hole, Only thing is you must first "port out" the speedo hole for the harness to fit through.

The ecu sits ~ 16" away from the firewall if thats what you're asking. Run ~ 20" of wiring from the firewall to the ecu to be sure I'd say.
