At start-up when cold the motor will surge from 1000-1700 RPM's. Once warmed up it will idle around 500 RPM's. I am also running very rich, especially at idle. I am throwing codes 24 (Intake Air Temperature Sensor) and 31 (Air Flow Meter). I just replaced the AIT and there was no change. Both say the ECU could be the culprit. What do you guys think?
