Well I just thought I'd update. I cleaned the block and got it painted. The next stop for this is the machine shop.

And now my own little secret, the new headlights. Infinity HID projectors. More on this later.

wont they clean the block after machining?? if so there goes the paint correct

The block will be honed and possibly bored, and the crank journels will be honed and the top decked. I've got 13.00 in the paint, if it takes it off I'll just redo it. Also the head is being shaved and a friend of mine is going to do the port n polished. Maybe a few other things as well.
