Dilemmas...

how many litrs of oil I need to put into the engine for the first start?
will it be correct the size of pulleys I selected? 40-20 teeth
the oil pump shaft was cutted to one bearing to reduce the weight and frictions... will it fail?

progress

convert the engine to dry sump is a hard job and expensive, but if it work well and save me the engine in the next race... it will be the best investiment I did in the car ( this is the third engine i am building in two years due oil problems, and thats it really expensive!)

yes long long time getting the corect dry sump parts and during this time I broke two engines on the tracks.

now it is running

idling 2 bar cold
idling 3 bar hot
something its not right.
idling speed 1000 rev , oil is castrol 10w60
at 2000 rev half bar more
I am not reving the engine to mutch till see if everything is allright
when is hot I can notice a little click on the first camshaft journal on the intake side , i will se tomorrow if everithing is well with the BC 272 camshafts maybe need´s more adjustment.

the vac it have a 2000 rpm
and new Carbonetic race compound pads front and back

finally it have 30 psi oil press at idle cold and hot at 1000 rpm and 53 psi at 4000 rpm hot the red line is 7200 rpm
I am thinking to get a 21 teeth driven pulley one more than now to rise the pressure just a little more

puff the 272 cams are hard to tune! I am trying -2 +2 and it is better but now I need to do a new fuel map
the problem is the time , next race is in 21 days
maybe it was a bad shoice , maybe the 264 are the best , but will see soon

the front bumper reinforcement is an unit from a Mercedes ML from a yunkjards , it is in aluminium and the hole in the midle is custom made with a grinder .

it is very light ,mine is made in fiberglass
