I think SP Racing still sells their F1 manifold for the 7M, but it doesn't include the downpipe and intake as far as I know. Might be worth asking them

The alignment shop should have fixed everything so that the wheel is centered when the rack is centered. If they didn't, I'd take it back and get them to fix it.
just the basics, but did you double check the timing? all of the wires to the AFM and CPS in good condition? you can disconnect the fuel injectors and just crank the engine to make sure your base timing is correct.

Are the ones without the bolt hole a different size? Because M27x1.5 is nowhere near the size of the one with the bolt hole that I have in front of me.
