Sean, call me and we'll get this straightened out. I think you call and left a message but I didn't miss a call from you for some reason. I recently switched phones and lost alot of my old numbers.

I haven't been able to get my hands on one locally... checking online now. Yeah I know, I had this 87 fully functional in my 90 MKIII when the internal wiring was out of a 89T.
I think I might have just figured out the problem... I've owned the car for ten years and due to the 7M reliability its been sitting for most of that duration including this past time for over four years where someone decided to steal my cluster gauge and I currently have a 87 and reading this...
I've got a very weird problem going on with my 1JZGTE swap into my 90 and was wondering if any of you guys would know where to go next. Cliff notes...
Extended the harness personally one wire at a time (content with it being done properly).
Switched over the body plugs to work with the MA71...
Sweet then I guess I'm done. The plug I'm dealing with is the same exact plug as the B3 plug as I have the one from the MA70 and it looks exactly like the plug in question but with different color wiring. Thanks for the info.

I don't know how much more specific you need for me to be... It is the B3 connector... How many B3 connectors are there near the ECU? As stated before so far I've been wiring everything according to the plug name and wire color codes. The B3 connector on my JZA70 engine harness has the wrong...
I pulled the harness back in the bay but this is the B3 connector that sits by the ECU. All the other connectors were matched with plugs, number, and color codes.

I'm down to my last plug and it seems to be a doozy. My B3 connector has completely different colored wires in it. It hasn't been altered. Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something.

PM'ed you back on SF, seems like you're having quite a bit of trouble. Get me your info and I'll give you a hand dropping it in, should take about 15 mins... will bring my camera ;)

Thanks for the response OneJArpus, thanks to your help I was able to get that far but how/ where do you wire in the a/c wires into the EA2 connector? I'm actively searching for the answer on this board but if someone else knows it from top their head please advise.

I've owned my current MKIII for almost about a decade now. The 7M never treated my MKIII nicely (well as nicely as it should have at least). There were many threads regarding this car in the past. Last major renovation involved the car being stripped, chassis sent off to the body shop and...
I'm wondering if anyone knows the answer to this. I have a RPS stage 3 clutch but its for 6spd and per all the pics I've seen of both the 7M and the 2J just the mounting points on the flywheel look different and *maybe* center diameter. I also have a 6spd flywheel sitting around collecting dust...
Installing the head with the ARP studs was somewhat of a breeze but trying to get it back off at a later time with the motor out took damn near an hour! Tight fit.
