Semi-stupid question, but are you sure they all worked before this was done? The wiring modification does not affect anything side-to side, i.e. if one side works they both should. I would inspect the passenger side lamp sockets for power and trace wiring from there if needed. Is the module...
Original info is correct. I would recommend striping insulation, soldering, and using heat shrink to ensure a good durable connection. To do so w/o cutting the wire(s), strip about 1/2~3/4" of the insulation off, fold the wire over in the middle of the stripped part, and then wrap the other...

MK3: Hot water valve vacuum solenoid valve (VSV) replacement
If your heater fan runs normally but there is no heat, the vacuum solenoid valve (VSV) probably needs to be replaced. With two exceptions...
Does the valve fail often? My car sat for a long time (years) if this makes a difference. Would a blockage or partial blockage cause an intermittent squeal similar to a belt if it was hung up? I'm trying to diagnose my car based on the symptoms, one of which like the thread starter is no heat...
I am aware that this thread is rather old but I still want to make a reply since I have some info relevant to the original post & I found this while searching for a solution.
My car is an '88 with the factory spoiler & 1156 (non-LED) center stop lamp, and had the yellow box. I had replaced...
Thanks for the info. I "found" two more sets of holes behind the rear seats that line up w/ #2, and found #3 snaps behind #2. Mystery solved. I will get some plastic insert nuts to install #4. Just need to find/buy the remaining missing pieces & this part will be done.
Thanks again for your help.
I searched and couldn't find much info on the interior, specifically the rear cargo area. I am putting the interior back in my 1988 Supra. It is a NA targa top. I lost the before pics I took due to a HD crash. I have most of it back in, but have a few leftover parts. I took a pic of them and...

I ran into the same thing after buying a metric fitting to adapt the Supra MC to a -3 hose. I used an aftermarket MC & also had to redrill the firewall & bracket for mounting. Not too bad of a job as the access is pretty good front & rear.
Looking forward to seeing a video of it in action!
Found this while searching, thought I would post a link & info for future users:

This is from a 1989 shop manual available online, so wiring colors are a little different from what you described. They are the...
The LS1 Sandersons I got have the collectors slightly offset from center- like between the #3 and #5 port. Maybe the pics I saw of the Hooker LS1s on the Summit website were of the wrong part (wouldn't be the first time). The difference is not that much, but once I got the Sandersons in place I...
The blockhuggers I am using on the LM7 are the Sanderson CC1-LS1. The driver side was the better of the two, no steering shaft interference at all, the big problem I had was with the passenger side. I ended up cutting the flange off and welding a 2.25" pipe onto it and it has a bend at the...
