hi folks,
Its been awhile since i have been on. Have had some problems here at home and elsewhere. Now, on to the prob. i have a 87 supra 7mgte and i have a 91 na shell. My 87 doesnt have much interior and no heater system at all and no glove box along with missing dash parts. The 91 has it...
alright i just fixed up my 7mgte with all new gaskets and so forth but when i went to start it i got no fuel i checked everything and i came up with a bad fuel pump. ill be running around 8-10 pds of boost and i was just curious about what type of fuel pump i should get. a stock one or a walbro...
I got good spark and compression but no fuel pressure basicly no fuel at all but i took the fuel gauge thing out of the gas tank and i noticed it was badly rusted so i think thats my problem. i can spray gas into the 3000 pipe and it will fire right up and run as long as im spraying gas.
ok today i just finished up my head gasket job and everything else and here i am trying to start it and it wont start. ive checked all fuses and wiring they are good. so what do i do now? bad fuel pump or what.:3d_frown:
i have a question? i was fooling around with my supra today and i noticed it didn't have the EGR cooler on it. can the car run without it or will i need to find one and put on it. the owner of the car before drove it without it, im just curious about.
Thanks for any info,
Dano
