I did alittle reading on these turbo's. They are supposed to have no lag, and great boost at all RPM's. Also they use no wastegate. Would be nice to get it working. There has to be someone that has done this conversion. These things have been around awhile.

Yeah drilling through any body panel is scary. It looks nice though. I bet that reduces the heat factor alot under your hood....er...bonnet. :)

How many coats of clear is that? Make them wetsand the orangepeel if the clear is thick enough, and reclear it. If you paid alot of money to have a shop do that, they broke it off in your ass. Not being an ass, just looking out for you. No professional would let that pass. Very nice color...

Yeah I noticed that it had an electronic solenoid where the wastegate should hook up. I had wondered about that also. Will be intresting to figure out. I have plenty of time to ponder on it though. If anyone has any idea's, chime in. The TPS sounds like it is possible though.

Will a OBD2 scanner work on my MK3? Most of them say 96 or newer. and mine is a 91. If not what kind should I look for? I would like the laptop kind right now, then will get an more expensive one later on.
