as i said it very un resopnsive i heard about turbo lag but this is rediculous it spools fine but it doesn't respond until about 2500 rpms and still idles really bad i have looked and chrcked vacuum lines and can't figure them out is there anybody in missouri with a mk3 turbo that i can go look at
the hose going to the power stering pum is hooked uup it goes under the acordian tube around the front of the block with that hard line then from there i have no clue where it goes i pluged it into the vacuum lines on that distribution thing that bolts to the intake ohh where does the vacuum...
whoa calm down they are just bolts i didn't mean for anybody to get upset anyways i can't move the car it won't stay running lol i got to check my vacuum lines. any idea where the vacuum for the bov or bypass valve go???
ok i got the motor in today and started it up it ran ok for a minute and idles fine till i took it off the jack stands now it will start and run for a few seconds but at a really rough idle. i checked all my grounds and my electrical connections every thing is hooked up. some of the vacuum lines...

yep i just got to bolt the tranny brackets in place and check my grounds fill her up with fluids and crank her over i hope it starts i put it on tdc new timing belt hoses ect.. wish me luck any last minute tips

oh and another thing when i pulled my motor and tranny apart it only had 5 bolts going to the crank shaft i already put it together so i can move it this weekend but waht is an easy way to get the tranny off so i can put that 6th bolt into the crank and flywheel it will bug me forever until i...

none of them had the right thread pitches wouldn't match none i tried standard metric and even pipe threads none would match i'm totally at a loss for this i guess i'll just have to wait i dunno maybe would a mechanics shop have those maybe napa its a weird thread type i've never not been able...
