Thanks for the actual facts on that Duane. Might actually make me consider buying a CF hood (or making one myself because no one will make the style that I desire lol).
I was going to mention a CF targa also. Seems like the only practical thing really as long as it could maintain structure...
If I remember right the cruise cable only acts independently so that when you hit the gas pedal it isn't trying to move the cruise cable. You could probably get away with attaching it solidly but you're going to need some slack in the cable I would think.
As for where to mount the lever to...
mischief7m <--- he's dead on IMO.
I have also had a fuel pump or two die on me. I could drive the car while cruising but couldn't get on it at all. If you turn the car on and jump the diagnose connector to turn the FP on you should hear plenty of fuel going through the return line. A good...
Looks to me like you have some serious high speed glazing on the flywheel. I would definitely recommend getting it fixed, either replaced or turned.
Probably wasn't properly broken in or wasn't perfectly clean when it got put in.
EXTREMELY tricky! That's my only fear with the candy paint job my car is going to get. And I'm only worried because I'm doing it myself lol
I can't wait to see this thing!!!!!
Definitely NOT on the tails. If you do decide to keep them I would recommend trying to smoke the center lense to match the others. If that doesn't work just paint it black to match the car.
I like all the money put into everything but they couldn't even throw lowering springs on it :/
Says "tear away graphics" so I wonder if it's a paint job or if they are literally graphics that could just be removed, that would be kind of sweet....not $9k sweet, but better than the alternative...
I have to agree with what everyone else has said. The main this is to build in the right order. Supporting mods first THEN the power building stuff. If you have a 600 hp turbo, forged rods and pistons but no way to see what's going on/feed in enough fuel/keep things oiled/etc. then you'll...
Woo woo! That's going to look so sweet! Too bad your car has good paint, that would look amazing with that license plate bit filled in. I can't wait to see it lowered too, you're going to have to be SUPER careful with parking lots and shit tho.
I like it quite a bit. Seems like it missing something from the rear shot though. Not sure if it's lack of mudflaps, rear piece of some sort or spoiler... I don't like the crazy offset in the rear though. Too extreme compared to the front, just doesn't flow IMO.
Front and sides are amazing...
