http://www.braillebattery.com/index.php/batteries/b2015/ I use that battery. It sat in the car for six months, and lost 1 volt. Trickle charged it back to spec and it works great on the new build (Race Ready 7M). Van

OK, I want to check the "Circuit opening relay", so I disconnect it from the circuit and to get a baseline reading, I checked the fuel pressure relay plug coming out of the firewall, and it has six volts DC (using multi-meter). I put the circuit opening relay back in, and there is still six...

Let me see if I can get my head around this... The problem is ground related. So, I need to start checking all the ground points in the fuel pump circuit. Right?

The only time it stops buzzing, is when I short circuit the relay at the diagnostic block (check connector)... through +B and Fp. I checked the relay for continuity and it is still good. Weird. Van:1zhelp:

It was the same with mine... I sent it back and the replacement worked like stock. Van

I switched to a RX7 thermopellet oil cooler, yet to install and connect. I will remove the pressure activated valve. Then the oil will flow under pressurre to the thermopellet and by-pass into the oil pan. When the oil temp reaches critical temp (at 180 degrees) the thermopellet opens...
