    you said you raised your fuel pressure, try lowering it. you can't go any lower than 20 psi with the vacuum line disconnected. try setting it around 25-30 psi with no line. i still haven't installed my new accordion. no it wasn't BSTKLDU, wasn't even HI-PSI or TRBOLAG. the last two i really like

    all i can think of now is make sure all the harnesses are plugged into the greddy box for the guage.

    it may be a case of both, my motor was all original and never pulled until i pulled it to do the rebuild and found 3 of my exhaust studs almost completely stripped. any way, good luck with your decision to either helicoil or use bigger studs. by the way, i know it's easy to cross thread bolts...
