Already done... Manifold was already undivided, and the turbo is divided. This is leftynridge's setup that I bought from here. He had the QSV on, but took it off and used a spacer. The spacer was lost in shipping so I had one made.. same height as the QSV ... just in case.

The fact there was no spool on the first two pulls makes me think its gotta be the wastegate. I may just dump the Tial and toss in a HKS one. The Tial 44mm was used, so no telling what is right/wrong, but it bench tested proper. Im soooo close... and then this. :) Im also thinking that I may go...

It is, and it's a very competent shop, so I am relying on them to find the issue. (RCTS) The fact I was having boost issues prior to this makes me lean to a leak prior to the turbo... as for the tune, that's just beginning..

That car is gorgeous! If the pic represents the car properly, that car deserves a proper build. It's extremely rare where I live to see one like that. I found an oem 7mgte pre 89 shortblock (crate and no longer available). That's what I would be dumping into that if it was mine. :)

I third it, Mine was doing some funky stuff with the subwoofer until I found that the ground was loose. Tightened one screw and it all worked properly.

Because there is no 7MGTE base map for the Vpro, it has to built from scratch. I doubt I will get a proper dyno until Friday afternoon. Im excited though because it means I will have my car next week.. gotta clean the garage! :)

Tomorrow a.m. Is dyno ad start of tune. Will need a second tune in July, but the base map will be built (doesn't exist for fcon on the 7m. So if you feel the ground shake... It might just be the Supra... Lol

I would so love to go digital (lots of pluses there... ) but after thinking about it, I kinda like the old skool feel of the sweeping dials. Huge props though on doing an excellent job!

CT26 is roughly 6-7 psi stock. Shimming the wastegate can get you up to 10-12 psi depending on altitude. If your not going with an upgraded CT26, but you do have a 3" full exhaust, shimming is fine. The turbo can handle that amount of boost easily. In my head the CT26 performs best at about 12...
