Just a word about vacuum hoses... make sure if you go silicon, they don't collapse when heated. Silcon tends to be a bit more flexible and I was noticing a couple of mine shrinking under vacuum. Not really desirable .

was just looking at the GTX3576R.. A lot of this will be dimension based to fit where the SP 6265 was sitting as well. The Garret exhaust housing will probably be narrower giving me a little more room.

If you look at that dyno sheet posted in posted in #24... you will see what is happening. At 5200 RPM the turbo seizes and stops spinning. Figuring it is the exhaust impeller hitting the housing. (guess at this point). Pulling the turbo and getting a new Garrett... just picking out which one...

Oil pressure is good. Shop spent most of the day checking everything and bottom line.. turbo is no good. $$$..... The non-turbo portion of the tune is complete and the engine runs flawless. Just a "hit and miss" turbo ... that missed. sigh... Everytime I try to save money, it costs more...
