Well, 2 weeks turned into 7 weeks, but I got the spokes back. The good news is it was 100 bucks, bad news is they coated all the flange surfaces on the back...no biggie I guess, I spent 45 minutes cleaning them up. Now I just need 2 more tires for the rear, I will get some pics of the rears...

I've had nothing but trouble with knock code on my 89 too.....bu it never affects performance, when I got it on the 88, It would totally lose power.

Mine took 3 quarts of base and a gallon of clear, depends if your doing jams, underside of hood, etc too though. I had 2 pretty heavy coats of clear.

The real bomex do not go under the sills, see the very first pic in that link to my thread by AF1JZ, and the upper most vertical piece closest to the sills I cut off also (the part where the holes are in the picture of Suprarcr89's), I thought it best since that is where the door seals IIRC...

For some reason everything I do takes 3-4 times as long as they tell me... the spokes are still at the powder coating facility, he updates me weekly. The first time he scuffed them thinking they were powder coated already, and it didn't take well....he thinks because they had an automotive clear...
