Thanks a bunch guys for the kind words, I won't make a bunch of meets due to the job not going so well any more, but I will be in Chicago for that one. Until then, I plan on doing the cams and lots of test and tune as well as another phase of engine compartment cleanup.

Cool to see you participating in the build section Nick....very nice! I started with the same downpipe, and when my goals increased, I just made a custom elbow off the turbo and eliminated the restrictive portion of th HKS with stainless flex....a little work, but cheap.

This is not a thread I was excited to see. I have not put my 264's in yet. I am planning to do so in a couple weeks though, I am going to measure the journals and compare to stockers, any other details on what might be wrong with them??? I'd like to hear from anyone who's installed them now...

It doesn't sound like turbo, that shouldn't keep it from revving like that, and a boost leak could, but you would likely have black smoke out the back. Any codes?
