Opinions are not needed. If the seal is worn like the cam covers, oil on the top of the head that is hot will pull into a cylinder as the cylinder cools.

You don't have to have blue smoke for oil. It can be more black or even more white. And white can also be unburned fuel. If it smokes only at start up, the cylinder has filled with some oil. It could also be the center cover called "cylinder head cover number 3" by Toyota.

Who made the intake pipe for you? The welds look really good. Did you do that yourself with a TIG?

I would not have bored out .120". In general, overbore is to correct out of round.

You might try the used Toyota gear that is close to 3.5:1. I forget the exact ratio. Any thought to the T56 with the 2.66 first gear? I think one of the others is 2.97 first gear.

You can not bore out a 5.3 to 5.7. .030" goes from 325 to about 330, for example.

After a rebuild, yes. After the fact, no. If there is an engine problem, it will show up as soon as the engine is running.

Most Supras do not come with the wing. It can not be hard to find a picture of a Supra instead of a Supra Turbo.
