Fixed. I have never found any decent coilover for under $1000. There are a few right over a $1000 though like Stance and Tein. To save money with a decent ride I would go Bilstine or Koni on Eibach or H&R.

I have that camera and I love it. I did pick up a D90 though but I always have the E-510 in my bag and still use it all the time. It is probably one of the best lower end DSLRs out there.

They are Miro wheels. Copy of the hamann hm2. Sizes are 19x8.5 +15 19x9.5 +22 (offsets are guesses but around there) They mainly just made them in BMW fitment so it the set he has is rare.

If you wait till around june he usually comes down for a meet we have in San Jose. We did dyno tuning the last 2 years there so I bet we will do it again. Keep a look out on SupraForums NorCal section for that meet. Should be 4th annual San Jose meet I think.
