Rears were heavily rolled. I also had to cut parts of the molding to make clearance as well. I believe I also cut slits on the rear fender lip so it can be rolled more flat.
I would try heating it up and slowly try hit the lip of the fender in. If not your tire will do it for you when the suspension compresses and that might cause the body filler to crack. A narrower tire will help as well.

Well it depends. It is all preference to your driving style. Just play with it every time you pit. Going up and down on the settings until you are comfortable with what you have it at. Typically for track you set it to the stiffer settings.
