Yup that is a 4" HKS Ti. We actually still have that exhaust. Main reason we took it off was because the fitment was slightly off and we were not happy with it. But we may eventually get it slightly reworked and run it again.
If we run flares we will be cutting up the fender. We are also probably going to down size the tire to a square tire or slight stretch. Right now the tire is slightly over sized.
Showed the owner them and he did not want them right now because the car was just repainted. We will be doing flares probably first unless I can do a bit of a stretch and pull. But eventually we will be doing the fenders.
Helllllllllllllloooooooooooooo SUPRA MANIA!!! I AM BACK!

There are meets all the time. Look on supraforums NorCal section. Usually there are some sort of meet friday nights. Bring your flame suit though people talk a lot of shit. (okay maybe it is me talking the shit.) Or PM me if you want to meet up or something.
What he means by pad height is the area between the mounting surface and the face of the wheel. On the work equips they make the area thicker for larger brake clearance. And for the 17x8 +22 and 17x9 +22 You are probably going to have to roll if you are going to put on a good sized tire.
Tough to see the depth of the face in that picture. If we had a picture of the rear of the front wheel it would probably give us a better idea. Worse comes to worse throw in a spacer in front.
I am pretty sure it will clear. As TE27 said the TT wheels have even less inner clearance.
Fit will be okay. I wouldn't call it flush but maybe decent. As for brake clearance that all depends on the face of the Equips. There were I believe 3 faces offered for the Equips, but with a few...
