Car looks beautiful! Well worth the wait I'd say. Hope you enjoyed your time
off from the aggravation, now it's back to the real world of Supras. You might
want to get a set of the clear bubble lenses from Wolfie they are very nice
and would look great on your car IMO.
I sent you a PM on this. As I said, I haven't any idea. Maybe some one here
might have a ball park idea. It is really what your budget can afford. Let me know.
That looks like a real nice track. Do you drive the shorter circuit on day one
and then on day two they open up the lower section of the track?
Where is this in Canada? I see you're in NJ, I live in Baltimore and I would be
interested in tagging along the next time you go.
I've also been to...
Looks like you guys had fun. Track seems very spectator friendly, how long
is it and what was your top speed at the end of the straight? Have you tried
Summit Point in West Va.? I know they have track days there. I haven't
had my car up there yet, more than likely in the spring. The track can...
I have a '91 front bumper w/ the small grills, fog lights and front turn signals.
Also the OEM front bumper rubber lip and the mounting bracket (?) that
attaches to the bumper and the foam piece that goes on the bumper and 2
inner liners that attach to the stock under tray. Let me know if...
Me too, it's the boxes showing up that sets off the questions. Just kind of
grab them quick and stow them in the basement. I might have to give her a
week at the spa for my next stage, looks like at least 5g going in but
realistically probably closer to 10. Ah these Supras really know how to...
Mt. Airy would be good, that's an east run up 70 and avoids some of the
Frederick traffic & police. I'd be interested in meeting everyone in the area
and it's a lot closer than running to Richmond. How about some time after
labor day and before the fall Richmond meet.
Wolfie these look really nice. I just installed the clear bubble lenses that I
got from you today. They look really good, as I said earlier I painted the
center section of the light bezel black and the edges chrome silver so the
glue line hides beneath the clear lenses. Would these new ones...
Got my shirt today! Leigh you do really nice work, thanks again for your
efforts on this. I would definitely but another one if you are going to make
another run anytime soon.
Just wanted to say hey! Still haven't found my TEMS controllers, been thru 4 boxes.
They are bound to show up I have a few more places to look, I have always kept every
thing that I have taken off the car so they should be here. When I do find them I'll PM
you, you can send me your address...
15 minutes? I got you beat by 5, spent more time gluing on Wolfie's clear
lenses to make my car pretty. Must say I spent some time reading this
entire thread and their IS some trash talking going on! Might just have to
haul my ol' 91 out to Vegas. Ya'll know there's always some Street Wise...
Real nice looking, very clean. It's amazing the age of our cars and how well
preserved they are! I also have a sun roof, someday we should talk some
one into making a CF lid for them. Have fun with it-the adventure is just
beginning!
The front brace is a Cusco. Thanks for the warning about the harness. I plan
to install a 6 or 8 point cage with a cross bar for the harness, probably not
until winter. Until then I think I can get one from Supra Sport.
Thanks Ian, those are actually taken with a 4 yr. old 3.5 pixel Sony. Bought
a new SD card so I can use my son's 8 pixel, that with photo shop should
make them better. At least clear enough so I can see them!
Been reading about under tray solutions and thought I would post some pics.
I am planning on adding another section to this out of ribbed fiberglass to
extend it to the length of the stock one. Also added a few of my car.
Personally I would go with dual electric fans like the Flex a Lite set up. You can
run them off of a thermal switch. Saves some clutter and I believe you gain
a few HP.
If it's made for the car it should fit right in, I have a Fluid Dyne and that fit
great.
Took about 2 hrs to install...
