A/C Compressor.....LUXURY! that's almost as funny as me having power steering! lol! Thanks a ton man!
BTW checked for codes...there is a code 15. I've searched and code 15 seems to be non-existant!
Well, everything is back together from my rebuild. I did a poor job of taking pictures in the beginning. I have a ground wire left over, and I'm not sure where it goes. My coil pack is grounded. I also have 2 orange female plugs between the injector rail and the intake. I can't figure out where...
I am reusing arp studs, and it looks like they were used with moly grese I'm using 30w. What should I torque since they are combining? Arp says to still torque to 120...seems high.
Its not as hateful as I expected, but finding parts is a bitch. I also trust nobody when it comes to this car (except you guys). But where I'm at internet is not always readily available cept the iphone....
Update: Hardly have had time to work on the car. An ARP nut went missing and had to order another one from ARP.....:icon_mad: It should be in today. Its going pretty well the head obviously isn't torqued down, but the intake, manifold and turbo are all bolted up. Not looking forward to dealing...
Now I'm really nervous. I just want reliability. I just have a 3" exhaust is all. Not looking to push too much. I hope felpro will be ok, have already paid well over 300 for the damn head gasket set.

Idk if I'm going to be able to sleep tonight because I'm so paranoid that I'm going to F something up tomorrow. I pick my head up 10:30, and I...
I'm obviously going to have a valve job done, but I need to kbow why my valves look like they do. Ones all white and feels gritty, and the others feel gritty. I guess I have a problem elsewhere I need to fox before this happens again. I hope they are regrindable because of the shims nobody wants...
OK! Finally got the head off! All by myself, most extensive thing I've done on a car so far. The guys I work with took a look at it and said the head looks brand new. OK...here's the thing from all the pictures I've seen of heads, they don't really look "old" they are aluminum, and it doesn't...
Not racist. Just labeled. Maybe the frown was a bit much. I'm a black guy and I grew up in an all white city. My parents are much older, and they see everything in color they call everyone black, white, mexican etc. Bugs the shit out of me.
