I dunno if the NA and turbo pumps are the same, but I've seen a stock NA pump running out of fuel at about 330whp.
MKIV Denso pump over walbro anyday. But if going to buy one new, just get a bosch 044 and install intank.
IF you're having problems with the low idle and dont want it. Start the car cold ( should idle ~ 800 or so, then unplug the ISC. It'll keep its low idle setting and probably idle ~ 1000 warm. That or crack the Throttle with the set screw through the ECU will try to fight you.

Why'd you do that?
I'd go fixed, the cars a race car and I'm sure theres some weight savings in fixed vs reclining.
