Plugs out of 2jz swap, running hot? (pics)

How do these plugs look out of my 2jz to you guys, good bad, all comments welcome, thanks.

is that a 6 heat range? if so that plug is a lil hot to be running in a JZ, you should change to a 7 heat range plug

Is so damn rich its hard to tell. I'd say probably should go next heat range as temps will go up as you lean it out.
