I understand you lol. But when you consider that the original ae86 had such low power (can't remember the numbers off the top of my head) then 200BHP is flippin awesome. I own an SR5 AE so I know how slow they are. I've even driven a GTS and they aren't that much quicker lol. Very fun cars...
There should be a wire leading from your positive battery connector to underneath the main fuse box. It's not that big. That thing came off on me and gave me the same thing except I was driving lol. Even if it didn't come off you should go through the insulation to check the wire.
Like when you turn the key to the "on" position does anything light up? This happened to me when I was driving one day. Could be the wire going from your positive terminal to the fuse box. It popped off on me and left me confused in the middle of the road lol. Good luck.
A 1JZ swap requires a lot more and they are cool. BUT if you take care of the 7M it can be a very reliably and fun motor. So I'd just go with the 7M-GTE swap and be done with it. Plus you don't have to worry about smog especially if it's your DD.
Wait for one with a decent paint job for a little more $$$. You'll thank me later.
Edit: He didn't even take pictures of his engine. That's a no-no for me;).
I'd say check out everything I listed and make sure they're ok. If anyone would like to chime in with their knowledge it would be great. Voltmeter would come in handy.
You have code 11. It masks all other codes. You must fix this to see any other ones. Trouble area would be ECU, Ignition switch, Ignition switch circuit, Main realy and Main relay circuit. GL.
